Orléans, an attractive urban area
With 380,000 inhabitants, Orléans and its urban area is still, unquestionably, economically attractive as a result of its main assets:

Furthermore, thanks to a varied industrial fabric, such as the “cosmetics” competitiveness cluster, Orléans has escaped the major crises of the past few years and has succeeded in maintaining an enviable rate of unemployment in the region of 7%.
Finally, following the rehabilitation of its old town centre, in recent months, Orléans has seen an increase in the number of office and housing development projects, which are likely to rise during the coming year with the opening of the A 19 motorway.
